SIENA: LA CITTA' DEL PALIO BELLA TUTTO L'ANNO

Siena mi ha stupita: i tre giorni che ho passato in questa piccola città della Toscana mi hanno veramente impressionata.

Dopo questo sfortunatamente breve soggiorno so che, ogni volta che mi troverò a ripassare per questa splendida regione, avrò un'altra tappa obbligata.

Siena surprised me: the three days I spent in this small town in Tuscany really impressed me.
I absolutely have to go back!

IL MERCATO CENTRALE DI FIRENZE

Se volete mangiare bene a Firenze avete solo l'imbarazzo della scelta.

Non dimenticate, però, nell'infinita lista di alternative mangerecce, di dedicare almeno un pasto(ma sono pronta a scommettere che sarà più di uno) al Mercato Centrale.

FIRENZE-TOP 10

Firenze è, senza dubbio, una tra le più belle città italiane(seconda, per me, solo a Roma). Ci sono stata diverse volte ed è proprio nel capoluogo toscano che ho passato il mio ultimo Capodanno.

Hanno lavorato e vissuto qui artisti che tutto il mondo ci invidia: Michelangelo, Donatello, Raffaello, Brunelleschi... Passeggiando per le strade si ha l'impressione di essere tornati indietro nel tempo: come ritrovarsi nel magnifico cinquecento rinascimentale.

Florence is one of the most beautiful Italian cities. I have been there several times and it is in the Tuscan capital that I spent my last New Year's Eve.
Great artists worked and lived here: Michelangelo, Donatello, Raphael, Brunelleschi ... Walking through the streets you'll come back in the magnificent Renaissance.

BUON ANNO, VIAGGIATORI!

Buon giorno a tutti!
Vi sto scrivendo dal treno, che sta attraversando un'Italia imbiancata ancora più bella del solito.
Penso che dalle foto abbiate capito la mia prossima destinazione: trascorrerò il Capodanno a Firenze, una delle più belle città italiane, e sono supereccitata!! 

AREZZO: UNA PIACEVOLE PASSEGGIATA NELLA CENERENTOLA TOSCANA

Come vi avevo già anticipato (qui), quest'anno ho scelto di trascorrere le vacanze di Natale in Italia.
Il fatto è che spesso dimentico quanto sia bello questo paese, cercando posti incantevoli solo dall'altra parte del mondo. 
Ma l'Italia, con la sua grande ricchezza e varietà, riesce sempre a stupirmi, regalandomi grandi emozioni anche a pochi passi da casa.

As I already said (here), this year I chose to spend the Christmas holidays in Italy.
The fact is that I often forget how beautiful is this country, looking for stunning places just on the other side of the world.
But Italy, with its richness and variety, always surprises me, giving me great emotions also at a short distance from home.
