I MIEI #TRAVELDREAMS2015

Sono nuova del mondo del blogging (The Travel Gazette ha appena pochi mesi) e ho ancora molto da imparare ma, guardando un po' in giro sui social, ho notato che è buona abitudine di ogni travel blogger salutare il nuovo anno con una lista dei viaggi nel cassetto.

I'm new in the world of blogging (The Travel Gazette has just a few months) and I still have a lot to learn but, looking around me on social networks, I noticed that it is good practice for every travel blogger to greet the new year with a list of travel in the drawer.
 

Avrei dovuto pubblicare la mia tra la fine di Dicembre e gli inizi di Gennaio ma, da ritardataria quale sono, non ho fatto in tempo.
Quindi, anche se con un po' di ritardo, ecco i miei #traveldreams2015, o meglio i viaggi che sogno di fare in questo 2015 da poco iniziato.
(Approfitto del mio compleanno per pubblicarli: può essere che le probabilità che si avverino aumentino un po'..).
 
I should publish mine between late December and early January, but as laggard that I am, I'm late.
So even if a little delay, here are my #traveldreams2015, or the travels that I dream for this 2015 has just begun.
(I take advantage of my birthday to publish them: it is possible that the chances that they come true increase..).

 1. Usa-West Coast

 

Dopo essere stata a New York (e in altre città dell'East Coast) nel 2014, la mia voglia di scoprire gli States è sempre più forte. Quindi, al primo posto c'è sicuramente un viaggio on the road attraverso le più belle città della California fino al Grand Canyon, passando, ovviamente, per Las Vegas.

After New York (and other cities of the East Coast) in 2014, my desire to discover the States is getting stronger. So, the first place is definitely for a trip on the road through the most beautiful cities in California, through the Grand Canyon and Las Vegas.
 

Non mi farei mancare, poi, una visita nella piccola Bodie, antica città del Far West, ora suggestiva 'Ghost Town'.

(Rivelo di avere una passione per il Far West, sarà che sono cresciuta a pane e 'La Casa nella Prateria'!).

I would not miss, then, a visit to the small Bodie, city of Far West, now striking 'Ghost Town'.
(I have a great passion for the Far West, maybe because I grew up withe The Little House on the Prairie!).
 

                                                        

 2. Edimburgo/Edinburgh

La deliziosa città scozzese, patrimonio dell'Unesco, è da un po' nella mia lista dei desideri. Le sue atmosfere dal sapore antico e misterioso, le numerose leggende e la sua vivacità culturale mi affascinano davvero tanto.

The delicious Scottish city, UNESCO heritage, is in my wishlist from a long time. Its atmosphere from the ancient and mysterious taste, the many legends and its vibrant culture fascinate me so much.

 3.Trieste

Ho pensato diverse volte di fare un giro a Trieste (d'inverno per vivere la famosa 'Bora', a Carnevale per assistere alle famose sfilate presso i castelli di Miramare e di Muggia, in occasione della Barcolana per godere di quello spettacolo unico), ma ogni volta il progetto è sfumato. Spero vivamente di riuscire a visitarla quest'anno, magari salutando anche Venezia o spingendomi fino a Zagabria(o entrambe le cose!).

I thought several times to take a ride in Trieste (in the winter to experience the famous 'Bora', during the Carnival to attend the famous parades at the castles of Miramare and Muggia, during the Barcolana to enjoy the unique spectacle), but each time the project has nuanced. I hope this year to be able to visit this city, maybe even saluting Venice or pushing up to Zagreb(or both!). 

                                                   4. Amsterdam

Amsterdam, la Venezia del Nord, deve essere incantevole. Sogno da sempre di girare in bicicletta tra i canali, dormire in una house boat, emozionarmi davanti alle opere di Van Gogh e Rembrandt, visitare la Casa di Anna Frank (avrò letto il suo diario decine di volte), e molto altro ancora: ad Amsterdam non c'è sicuramente da annoiarsi!

Amsterdam, the Venice of the North, is so charming. I dream of cycling around the channels, to sleep in a house boat, enjoy the works of Van Gogh and Rembrandt, to visit the Anne Frank House (I read her diary a lot of times), and much more: Amsterdam is not boring for sure!

 5. Cannes-Côte d’Azur

 

Non vi ho mai detto che, oltre ai viaggi, un'altra mia grande passione è il cinema: sono diversi anni ormai che il Festival del Cinema di Cannes è, per me, un appuntamento fisso.
Adoro Cannes, è uno dei miei cosiddetti 'posti felici', che mi è capitato di visitare in diversi periodi dell'anno, senza mai deludermi. 

I never said that, in addition to travel, my other great passion is cinema: they are several years that the Cannes Film Festival is, for me, a regular fixture.
I love Cannes, it is one of my so-called 'happy places', which I visited at different times of the year, and I was never disappointed.

L'atmosfera che si respira in occasione del Festival, però, è incredibilmente magica. La città in questo periodo non è solo lusso e vita mondana: giornalisti, attori, registri invadono la meravigliosa Croisette ed è possibile partecipare a eventi culturali o assistere a proiezioni di film a qualsiasi ora del giorno e della notte (per non contare, poi, l'esperienza di un Red Carpet al fianco delle star di Hollywood).
Quindi anche per questo 2015, Cannes è una meta irrinunciabile, da poter utilizzare anche come base per visitare le tante bellissime città della Costa Azzurra che ancora non ho visto.

The atmosphere at the festival, however, is something magical. The city at this time is not only luxury and worldly life: journalists, actors, registers invade the wonderful Croisette and you can attend cultural events or screenings of films at any time of the day or night (not to mention, for luckier, the experience of a Red Carpet alongside Hollywood stars).So, also for this 2015, Cannes is a must destination, that I can also use as a base to visit the many beautiful cities of French Riviera that I still have not seen.
